Tomasita’s New Mexican Restaurant has been serving authentic Northern New Mexican cuisine since 1974. Founded by Georgia Maryol and inspired by the recipes of Tomasita Leyba, the restaurant remains family-owned and is now in its third generation under George Gundrey. Located in Santa Fe’s historic Railyard in the former Chile Line train depot, Tomasita’s continues its commitment to traditional flavors and local ingredients.
