​Empowering Women: Celebrating Women-Owned Businesses and Leadership in October

​​Women-owned businesses are a driving force in the U.S. economy, with over 14 million of them employing 12.2 million people and generating $2.7 trillion in revenue. To celebrate their remarkable impact, the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce is dedicating the month of October to highlighting women and their contributions to the community and economy.

​​Throughout October, we are excited to present the Women Empower Series, a collection of workshops and events designed to inspire, connect, and uplift women in our region. These events will focus on themes of leadership, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, creating a platform for women to share their experiences and insights.

​One of the highlights of this series is our Afternoon Tea: Inspiring Conversations and Connections, scheduled for October 9, 2024. Sponsored by the Santa Ana Skin Care Clinic, this elegant gathering will feature delicious baked goods and savory dishes, along with opportunities for meaningful networking among attendees.
 
Following that, we invite you to our Cocktail Hour: Networking with Santa Fe’s Leading Women on October 16, 2024. Sponsored by the Chamber’s Board of Directors, this event will provide an informal atmosphere to sip cocktails while connecting with dynamic women leaders from various sectors.
 
We also proudly present a Spanish-Speaking Entrepreneurial Panel: Empowering Latinas in Business on October 23, 2024. Sponsored by Guadalupe Credit Union, this panel will share inspiring stories from Latina entrepreneurs, and translation devices will be available to ensure inclusivity for all attendees.
