The Regional Development Corporation (RDC)
is federally designated by the Department of
Energy as North
Central New Mexico’s Community Reuse Organization (CRO). The
RDC is a private, non-profit economic development
corporation with a work plan leading to the development of an economically

to the development of an economically diverse regional economy where
thoughtful and cooperative planning results in an environment that
nurtures business and entrepreneurial development. For this
