Chamber members receive a $10 gift card when you open a Sam's Club account and with every renewal after when you come to the membership desk. A business membership is $35 plus tax and includes a complimentary card and, if the member chooses, a free company card (which allows employees of the company to be able to make purchases using company checks).  In order to sign up for a business membership, the member needs to bring any two proofs of business. Chamber members and their employees are eligible for a special group Contingent Guaranteed Issue voluntary supplemental benefits package. Allstate Benefits is offering affordable voluntary supplemental benefits plans that include Universal Life, Accident, Health and Disability. No physical exams are required and there is only one medical question asked to be approved. Policies are portable and terms remain throughout the life of the policy. Some also cover doctors’ visits, treatments and coverage. This is available to all eligible Chamber members and their employees including members’ and employees’ spouses and dependent children to age 26.
